Fund Raising:

FROK is a UK based charity trust involved in fund raising, Financial, Technical and Inter Cultural Exchange, has been established and registered in 2002 as FROK UK. The purpose of UK Friends of Khwendo Kor is to raise funds to enable Khwendo Kor Women and Children Development Programme in Pakistan to achieve its aims. Also, to undertake awareness raising campaigns to inform the people in the UK about the work of KK and the context in which they carry out their activities

 

Achievements of FROK – UK
Till dated charity amount of Rs. 11,923,834/-. This amount has been utilized in the following activities.

A Secure Office for Khwendo Kor
The J.A. Clark Trust donated two generous grants of Rs. 3181166/- to FROK to provide half the purchase price of a safe and spacious building to KK and the other half was raised by KK within Pakistan. The new building is situated in a secure and accessible place of Hayatabad Peshawar.

Teachers’ Salaries
Rs. 178475/- have been provided for salaries of 8 schools of Swabi Women Welfare Society (SWWS) at District Swabi.

Vehicle

Frok has donated Rs. 8,93,000/- for the purchase of vehicle.

Teacher’s Training
38,104/- have been utilized in teacher’s training.
